We want you and your pup to be 100% happy. We accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or custom items are final sale.

Most of our fabric items, like bandanas and bed covers, are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to preserve the integrity of the gold hardware and delicate fabrics.
